Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By signing up, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and your organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

TalentPulse AI is a subscription-based SaaS platform for employee engagement, pulse surveys, performance management and attrition prediction, provided by Archana Info Solutions Pvt Ltd.

3. Subscription & billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclusive of GST. You may cancel any time; no refunds for partial periods except as stated in the refund policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use TalentPulse to harass employees, store illegal content, reverse engineer the service or resell without written consent. Violation may result in account suspension.

5. Your data

You own your organisation’s data. We process it as a data processor on your behalf, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and DPDP Act 2023.

6. Intellectual property

TalentPulse platform, software, designs, branding and documentation are owned by Archana Info Solutions Pvt Ltd. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use them while your subscription is active.

7. Warranties & liability

Service is provided “as is”. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
