We want you to love TalentPulse. Here’s how refunds work.

14-day money-back guarantee

New paid subscriptions get a 14-day window. If TalentPulse isn’t right for you, email billing@talentpulse.ai within 14 days of your first paid invoice for a full refund.

Annual plans

Pro-rated refunds for unused months are available within the first 30 days. After that, annual plans are non-refundable, but you keep access until the end of the term.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. The subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.

How to request a refund

Email billing@talentpulse.ai with your workspace name and reason. We process refunds within 7 business days to the original payment method.
