Who we are

TalentPulse AI is operated by Archana Info Solutions Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru, India.

What we collect

• • Account data: name, email, phone, role, company
• • Employee data (on behalf of customer): name, email, phone, department, designation, manager
• • Engagement data: survey responses, mood ratings, pulse feedback, reviews
• • Usage data: login times, IP, browser, device

How we use it

To provide the service, compute insights, deliver WhatsApp messages, send notifications, bill you and improve the product.

Legal basis

Contract performance, legitimate interest, and your consent where required under the DPDP Act 2023.

Sharing

We don’t sell data. We share only with sub-processors necessary to operate the service (e.g. 1msg.io for WhatsApp, Anthropic for Claude API, Razorpay for payments). All are bound by DPA.

Your rights

Access, correction, erasure, portability, grievance redressal. Email privacy@talentpulse.ai.

Retention

We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active, plus 30 days. You can export or purge any time.
