These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LegalEase AI, operated by Archana Info Solutions Pvt Ltd ("LegalEase AI", "we", "us"). By creating a workspace or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law. If you are using LegalEase AI on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Accounts & access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Do not attempt to probe, scan, or compromise our security.
Do not upload malware, viruses, or malicious payloads.
Do not misuse AI features to generate harmful or infringing content.

4. AI output disclaimer

LegalEase AI uses AI to assist with drafting, review, and research. AI output is provided as a starting point only and is not legal advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any AI-generated content before use. LegalEase AI does not create an attorney-client relationship.

5. Subscription & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclusive of GST. Auto-renewal applies unless you cancel before the renewal date. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to your workspace. You grant LegalEase AI a limited license to process your content only as needed to provide the service.

7. Intellectual property

LegalEase AI, including all templates, clause libraries, branding, and software, is owned by Archana Info Solutions Pvt Ltd and protected by applicable IP laws.

8. Termination

You can cancel your workspace anytime from Settings → Billing. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your data is retained in read-only mode for 90 days.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, LegalEase AI's total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
