We want you to be genuinely happy with LegalEase AI. Here's our refund policy in plain English.
1. Free trial (14 days)
No charge. No refund needed. If you don't upgrade before the trial ends, your workspace simply enters read-only mode.
2. Monthly plans
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. You will not be charged for the next cycle. Current-cycle charges are not refunded, but you retain full access until the end of the cycle.
3. Annual plans
Annual plans are eligible for a pro-rated refund if cancelled within the first 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, no refund is provided but you retain access for the remainder of the billed period.
4. Lifetime deal
Lifetime deals come with a 60-day no-questions-asked refund window. After 60 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.
5. Add-ons & top-ups
One-time purchases (extra AI credits, extra contracts, extra storage) are non-refundable once activated.
6. How to request a refund
Email billing@legalease.ai from your registered email address with the subject "Refund request" and your workspace name. We process eligible refunds within 7 business days to the original payment method.
7. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, please write to legal@legalease.ai. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and transparently.
