Our story

LegalEase AI was born out of a simple observation: while every other profession in India got software that understood them, legal professionals were still working the way they did in 2005 — Word templates, Excel trackers, stacks of paper, and endless WhatsApp groups.

At the same time, large language models like Claude reached a capability level where drafting and reviewing legal documents became genuinely reliable — not as a toy, but as a tool practising lawyers could use to win more matters for more clients.

We built LegalEase AI to fuse both worlds: a luxury, modern product experience that any lawyer can use on day one, and an AI engine that understands Indian contract law, procedure, and regulatory landscape like a senior associate.

Our parent company, Archana Info Solutions Pvt Ltd, has been building enterprise software for Indian businesses for years. LegalEase AI is our way of repaying the debt the software industry owes the Indian legal community.
