TapKit for Warehouses

Proof that someone stood at bin C-14.

A sticker on every bin and every piece of equipment, registered once. A cycle count or a forklift check becomes a trail of taps with times against them, exportable for the auditor.

Today

Cycle-count sheets that say a bin was checked with nothing to show somebody actually went there, and equipment checks ticked off in the canteen.

With TapKit

Every count and every pre-use check is a tap at the bin or the machine itself, by a known phone, at a known time.

A real day

A cycle count and a forklift shift

The forklift driver taps the on-metal tag on Forklift 2 before the pre-use check. The routine asks first: "Pre-use check done?"

The counter walks aisle C, tapping each bin sticker as they count it.

The back of the yard has no signal. Taps queue on the phone and send when the counter walks back in.

The supervisor filters the ledger by the counting phone and exports aisle C's trail for the stock auditor.

Where TapKit stops. TapKit proves a tag was tapped; it does not hold stock quantities. Counts stay in your inventory system, and the TapKit CSV is the evidence trail beside them.
