By accessing or using BrandCraftAI ("the Service"), operated by Archana Info Solutions Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
BrandCraftAI is a digital branding platform that provides:
- Digital business card creation and sharing
- AI-powered social media content generation
- Festival greeting post creation
- PDF ID card generation
- Musical invitation card creation
- WhatsApp broadcasting tools
- White-label reseller program
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
4. Subscription Plans and Payments
BrandCraftAI offers Free, Pro, Business, and Reseller subscription plans. Paid plans are billed annually. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades are prorated for the remaining period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service, including business cards, social media posts, and invitations. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, infringes on intellectual property rights, or violates any applicable laws.
6. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by our AI features (powered by Claude AI and Replicate) is provided as-is. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before use.
7. White-Label Reseller Terms
Reseller plan subscribers may resell the Service under their own brand. Resellers are responsible for their own client relationships, billing, and support. Resellers must comply with all applicable laws and these Terms of Service.
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to:
- Send unsolicited spam or bulk messages
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Distribute malware or harmful code
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Create content that promotes illegal activities
9. Intellectual Property
The BrandCraftAI platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of Archana Info Solutions Pvt Ltd. Templates, themes, and pre-built designs remain our property and are licensed for your use within the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archana Info Solutions Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
