Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Settings page. When you upgrade, the new features unlock immediately. When you downgrade, changes apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Your 14-day trial includes all Professional features. At the end of the trial, you'll automatically move to the Starter (free) plan unless you choose to continue with a paid plan. Your documents remain safe.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All documents are encrypted at rest and in transit using bank-grade AES-256 encryption. Your data is never shared with third parties and never used to train public AI models. We are SOC 2-aligned and GDPR compliant.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and bank transfers for enterprise accounts. Invoicing is available on annual Enterprise plans.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or education?
Yes, we offer 30% off all plans for registered non-profits, educational institutions, and student organisations. Please contact our sales team with your documentation to apply.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Your account continues to work until the end of the current billing period.
