Smart Ticket Management

Every support request is tracked with a unique ticket ID (format: TKT-YYYYMMDD-NNN) from creation to resolution. You can:

  • View all your open and closed tickets in one dashboard
  • Track priority levels and SLA timelines for each ticket
  • Receive automatic status updates via WhatsApp and email
  • Reopen resolved tickets with a single message if the issue recurs

Self-Service Knowledge Base

Multi-User Client Access

How to Access

All existing clients have been provisioned with portal access. Check your registered email for login credentials. New users can be added by your account administrator or by contacting our team.
