Once the card design is set up, the school office repeats the same three steps whenever new cards are needed.
Name, parent, class–section badge, roll and admission number, date of birth, phone, address, photo and a QR code.
Designation, qualification and employee ID on the front; instructions, blood group, emergency number and QR on the back.
Scanning the QR opens a public page with the holder, the school and whether the card is valid, expired or revoked. Lost card? Revoke it and it stops verifying.
Set the printer to CR-80 cards at 100% / Actual size, print one card and hold it against a real card. One wasted card beats thirty.
