Add students and staff, attach their photos, and print a whole section in one batch on true-size CR-80 cards. Each card carries a QR code, so anyone can check it is genuine with a phone camera.
Real output from the print engine, filled with demo data. Tap a numbered point, or a line on the right, to see what each part does. Flip the staff card to see its back.
Each school can use its own layout, colours, logo and signature. These samples follow one school’s real design.
Steps 1–3 are set up once by the administrator. After that the school office repeats steps 4–6 whenever new cards are needed.
The school, company or hospital. A school usually has a student list and a staff list.

Logo, photo, badges, signature and QR on a true-size card, then publish it.
One at a time, or a whole class from a CSV file. Missing details are flagged.

Fill the sample sheet in Excel, import it, and every row becomes a card. The highlighted row below is the card on the right.
