These Terms govern your use of ClinicConnect AI ("the Service") operated by Archana Info Solutions Pvt Ltd. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & account
You must be a registered medical practitioner, a person authorised by a clinic / hospital, or a competent person of legal age. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
2. Permitted use
The Service is intended solely for legitimate clinical, billing and patient-engagement workflows. You must not use it to (a) violate Indian law, (b) impersonate registered medical practitioners, or (c) attempt to disrupt the platform.
3. Subscription & payment
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Trial accounts are free for 14 days. Annual plans are eligible for a 16.6% discount. Payments are processed by Razorpay; GST-compliant invoices are issued to your registered entity.
4. Refunds
Trials carry no charge. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions are refundable on a pro-rata basis if cancelled within the first 30 days.
5. Data ownership
All patient data entered into the Service belongs to the clinic / hospital that operates the account. We act as a data processor and never sell, mine or share your data outside what is required to deliver the Service or comply with applicable law.
6. AI outputs
AI-assisted suggestions (notes, prescriptions, lab summaries) are decision-support only. The treating clinician remains the medical decision maker and bears clinical responsibility for the final treatment plan.
7. Service levels
We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Service credits are issued per the SLA in the Master Subscription Agreement (Enterprise plan).
8. Termination
You may cancel any time from billing settings. We may suspend accounts for non-payment, abuse, or material breach of these Terms with reasonable notice.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by Indian law, our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
