This Privacy Policy explains how Archana Info Solutions ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Luminary AI web platform and mobile applications for Android and iOS (together, the "Service"). Luminary AI is a platform that lets speakers, coaches, trainers and authors publish courses, events, books, coaching slots and community content, and lets members learn, enrol and interact.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — name, email address, phone number (optional) and password (stored only as a salted hash).
• Profile & activity — courses you enrol in, lesson progress, quiz results, notes, reviews, bookings, community posts and replies, and messages you send through the in-app inbox.
• Payment information — when you buy a paid course, event, book or coaching slot, payment is processed by our payment gateway Razorpay. We receive a transaction reference, amount and status. We never receive or store your full card or banking details — those are handled directly by Razorpay.
• Device & push tokens — if you enable notifications, we store the push token issued by Apple (APNs) or Google (FCM) so we can deliver alerts.
• Technical/log data — IP address, app version, device type and basic diagnostic logs used to keep the Service secure and working.

2. How we use your information

• Create and secure your account and authenticate you.
• Deliver courses, videos, events, books, coaching and community features.
• Process purchases and issue invoices and certificates.
• Send notifications, reminders and broadcasts you have opted into (push, email, WhatsApp, Telegram).
• Provide AI-assisted features (e.g. content suggestions) using trusted AI providers.
• Maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with law.

3. Sharing & third-party services

We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Service, and only as needed:

• Razorpay — payment processing.
• Apple Push Notification service / Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — push delivery.
• Email, WhatsApp and Telegram providers — to deliver messages you opt into.
• AI service providers — to power AI-assisted features; prompts are sent for processing and not used to identify you.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for cross-app advertising tracking.

4. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except records we must retain for legal, tax or accounting purposes (e.g. invoices).

5. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. Passwords are stored as salted SHA-256 hashes. Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel.

6. Deleting your account

You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time:

• In the app / web: Profile → Settings → Delete account; or
• By email: send a request from your registered email to archanainfosolutions@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Luminary account".

We will action verified requests within 30 days.

7. Children

The Service is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent for optional communications. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
