1. Who we are
These terms govern your use of the website, programs, courses, sessions and products offered by Ram Jaladurgam (“we”, “us”).
2. Purchases & bookings
Prices are shown before checkout. Online session bookings are confirmed instantly after payment; in-person sessions are scheduled by our team over a confirmation call. Digital products are delivered by email and download link after payment.
3. Refunds & cancellations
If you cannot attend a booked session, contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Refunds, where applicable, are processed back to the original payment method and typically reach your account within 5–7 working days. Write to us at connect@mindsanddots.com for any refund request.
4. Content & conduct
Course content is for your personal use and may not be re-sold or redistributed. Community spaces must be used respectfully; we may remove content or accounts that abuse them.
5. Liability
Programs are provided for educational and coaching purposes and do not constitute medical, legal or financial advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.
