1. What we collect
Ram Jaladurgam collects the details you share with us: your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, and the information you submit when you enquire, book a session, enroll in a course or buy a product. Payment card details are handled by our payment gateway (Razorpay) and never stored by us.
2. How we use it
To deliver what you purchased (bookings, course access, shipping), to send confirmations and reminders by email or WhatsApp, and — only where you have consented — occasional updates about our programs. We record your consent when you opt in.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services needed to operate: payment processing, email/WhatsApp delivery, and website hosting.
4. Your rights
You can ask us to correct or delete your data at any time — use the data deletion request page or write to connect@mindsanddots.com. We action deletion requests within 30 days.
5. Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and basic analytics (including UTM parameters) to understand which channels bring visitors.
