Common questions

Do guards need a special device?
No. Any phone or tablet with a camera works for QR. NFC tap is an added bonus on Android Chrome over HTTPS, with automatic fallback to QR everywhere else.
How are the cards produced?
The system maps each NFC card UID to an employee and generates a signed QR payload you can print. Your card vendor prints the physical cards.
Can it handle our full headcount?
Yes — it's built for 900+ employees per site with bulk import, search and lazy-loaded grids.
Does the native app work without internet?
Yes — the Android app is offline-first. It caches the directory, resolves cards and records entries/exits offline, then auto-syncs (with the gate photos) the moment it's back online.
What does the AI actually do?
It writes daily attendance briefings, flags anomalies (asset mismatches, odd-hour entries), predicts late-arrival and absenteeism patterns from the last 7 days, and answers plain-English questions about your gate activity.
Can we rebrand it for our company?
Yes. White-label the product name, logo and brand colour across the whole system — ideal for in-house deployment or reselling.
Where is the data hosted?
SQL Server on Windows hosting by default; on-prem and private hosting are available on the Enterprise plan.
